GARY WENGER
Gary has an extensive background in the seed industry. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Science from Western Illinois University and is working on his 25th year in the seed business. Gary and his wife Becky have 3 children, Alec, Maggie, and Jackson. Gary loves to work with growers in the area to provide them with the best information in the industry. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for hunting and the outdoors.
DALTON SHEPHERD
​Dalton joined the team in the Fall of 2016 after previously working in the seed industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree in agriculture business with a minor in Agronomy from Western Illinois University. Dalton enjoys working with different growers and producers to help them find different solutions for their individual operations. Dalton and his wife Julie Anne, two girls (Natalie and Nora) live outside of Littleton, IL. In his spare time Dalton enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with family.
LAINE FORREST
Laine Forrest joined the team in Spring of 2020 after graduating from the University of Missouri and majoring in Ag Systems Management. Laine and his fiancé (Betsy) our from Paris, Mo but reside near his family farm near Camden, IL. Laine has a passion for working with growers to utilize specialized products to maximize ROI on their farm. When Laine isn’t working, he enjoys hunting, working on the family farm, and spending time with friends and family.
ALEC WENGER
Alec has grown up around ag business his whole life. He came back to the family business in the Spring of 2023 after completing his Agriculture Associates degree at Spoon River Community College. Alec enjoys meeting new customers and learning about different growers’ operations. Alec and his wife Ellie reside in rural Rushville. When Alec isn’t working, he enjoys Hunting and the outdoors.
